Every fare is quoted instantly and locked the moment you book — tolls and taxes included, gratuity at your discretion. No metering, no surprises, and once you book your price never changes.
Our pricing is the same whatever the date, with a small last-minute surcharge inside six hours. Unlike an airline, the date does not change the fare: holidays, weekends, evenings and event days all price the same. Only a booking made inside six hours of pickup carries a surcharge. We show you every reason before you confirm, your fare is never more than 12% above the published rate, and once booked it is locked and never re-priced — even if demand spikes, it snows, or your flight is delayed. During a declared state of emergency we suspend any weather-related increase.
Free cancellation up to 6 hours before your scheduled pickup — 12 hours for Sprinter van, Hamptons and long-distance trips. Cancel within 6 hours, or in the event of a no-show, and the full fare is charged.

By-the-hour bookings are billed at the vehicle's hourly rate, with a 2-hour minimum (3 hours for the Sprinter van). The hourly rate and your mileage allowance are locked the moment you book.
Each booked hour includes 25 miles of travel (e.g. a 3-hour hire includes 75 miles), and the hire should begin and end within the New York metro area. Distance beyond the included allowance is billed after the ride at a fixed per-mile rate by vehicle class ($4/mi Luxury Sedan, $5/mi SUV, $6/mi First Class and Sprinter). If a hire ends outside the metro, the chauffeur's return distance and time are added. For long-distance or intercity travel we recommend a point-to-point fixed quote instead.
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time. We track your flight, so delays and early arrivals are on us.
Point-to-point and as-directed pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary wait time. Additional waiting is billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle's hourly rate.
No card is needed to reserve. You'll receive your quoted, fixed price the moment you book; a concierge confirms your ride, and payment is arranged ahead of pickup. The quoted price covers tolls and taxes, and it is locked once you book. Gratuity is separate and entirely your choice at checkout.
Receipts are issued automatically. Corporate accounts can opt into consolidated monthly billing in place of per-ride payment.
Meet & greet at airports — your chauffeur meets you inside at baggage claim with a name sign — is $30, parking included.
Child seats (infant, convertible, booster) are available from $15 each, installed and ready on arrival. Extra stops are $25 each.

Trips beyond our served area are arranged as a custom quote by our reservations team.
All chauffeurs are licensed (TLC) and insured, and every vehicle is late-model and immaculately maintained.
Guest and luggage capacities listed for each class must be observed for safety. A cleaning fee applies for any damage or excessive soiling of the vehicle. Smoking is not permitted.
