By accessing our website or placing a booking, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Service Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Book My Car NYC provides an online tool to request, price, and book professional chauffeured ground transportation. Rides are carried out by licensed (TLC), insured chauffeurs and operating partners. We arrange and coordinate your transportation and stand behind the quoted price and service.

Fares are quoted instantly and are inclusive of tolls and taxes. Gratuity is not included in the fare; you choose it at checkout, and it is entirely optional. Pricing does not vary by date, day or hour; booking inside six hours of pickup adds a small surcharge, and the fare is never more than 12% above the published rate. The price you are shown is locked the moment you book and does not change afterward. Full pricing, cancellation, wait-time, and service terms are set out in our Service Policies, which form part of these Terms.

Payment is made by the method offered at booking or arranged with our reservations team. Cancellation and no-show terms — including free cancellation up to 6 hours before pickup (12 hours for Sprinter van, Hamptons and long-distance trips) — are described in our Service Policies. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the agreed fare and any applicable cancellation, wait-time, cleaning, or extra-stop charges described there.

• Provide accurate pickup, contact, and flight information.
• Be ready at the scheduled time and place; observe the stated guest and luggage capacities for safety.
• No smoking, unlawful activity, or damage to the vehicle (a cleaning or damage fee may apply).
• Use any account you create only for yourself or authorized travelers, and keep your credentials secure.

We work hard to be on time and reliable, but we are not liable for delays or losses caused by traffic, weather, force majeure, flight changes, or other events beyond our reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be handled in the courts located in New York, NY. We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above will change when we do, and continued use means you accept the update.
