UBS Arena is a suburban, parkway-access venue where a sold-out house exits in one 20–30 minute wave into the same Hempstead Turnpike and Cross Island lanes. A pre-booked chauffeur is already staged at an agreed spot — which matters even more for groups and for concerts finishing near midnight.
Where your chauffeur meets you
The designated drop-off and pick-up zone sits on the north side of the building and is reachable only from Cross Island Parkway Exit 26D via Green Road — that is the approach to give your chauffeur, because the numbered lots are prepaid-pass-only on event days and black cars may not occupy lined spaces. Sprinters and other oversized vehicles follow a separate route: in at Gate 5 Road off Hempstead Turnpike, unload in the Silver C lot, then move to pre-purchased oversized parking (the arena asks operators to coordinate in advance, which we handle). On the way out, wait in the indoor Rideshare Waiting Area on the main concourse near Section 118 until your chauffeur confirms he is staged, rather than walking out at the buzzer.

Home of the New York Islanders — preseason from late September, regular season October through mid-April, plus playoffs. Concerts, comedy and family shows run year-round, and the rebuilt Belmont Park racetrack next door reopens in September 2026.
